How to work with me
I work with teams that need to move quickly, bring structure to complex problems, and turn insight into clear, actionable decisions.
Engagements are flexible depending on the problem — from short-term advisory through to longer-term project or contract work — but always focused on delivering practical outcomes, not just analysis.
How it works
1. Initial contact
Share a brief outline of your challenge, context, and timelines. This doesn’t need to be fully formed — just enough to understand the problem space.
2. Intro call
We’ll have a short call to discuss the problem in more detail, clarify scope, and assess whether I’m the right fit.
3. Proposal & setup
If it makes sense to proceed, I’ll define scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercial structure (day rate or project-based).
4. Delivery
Work is delivered with clear milestones, regular check-ins where needed, and a strong focus on outputs that can be used immediately.
If it’s not the right fit, I’ll say so early.
Availability
I’m currently open to new engagements, with availability depending on scope and timing.
Short-term work can often be accommodated quickly; longer-term engagements may require some lead time.
Rates
I typically work on a day-rate or project basis depending on the scope and structure of the engagement.
Rates reflect senior, hands-on delivery and can be discussed during the initial call.
